Classes
Foundation Skills
All our classes feature the use of a clicker and generous rewards. Clicker training requires no special skills and is easy to learn. We use the clicker to clearly identify and reward good behaviour from our dogs and this tool increases their understanding and motivation. There is no need for choke chains or pinch collars...a positive attitude is all you need!
The 6 week Foundation Skills class will teach Sit, Down, Stay, Heel, Come, Leave It, Go to your Place and Target, as well as attention, loose leash walking, tricks and games.
In this level, we minimize the need for food lures and the leash to control your dog (this is not an off-leash class but we do not rely on the leash to control the dog). Our goal is to teach our dogs to make good decisions withouth constant prompting and luring. This class is open to both puppies and adult dogs.

Private Lessons
Private lessons are excellent for solving problems that may be difficult to properly address in
group classes, such as housetraining, leash aggression, separation anxiety or resource and
food guarding.
Many other people choose private lessons instead of classes because they can be perfect for a dog who is generally well behaved who may need some fine tuning with behaviours such as loose leash walking or coming when called.
Private lessons are also an excellent choice for young puppies who may be too young to safely
attend classes.
For people who love to compete with their dogs, we also offer private lessons for:

Private lessons are $60 an hour.
